Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from our founder, Sebastien, to outline your preffered itiniary, airport pickup times etc.
Your payment is fully protected through Protected Trust Services (PTS) and held in a trust account untill your trip operates, ensuring that Haraka Baraka is fully compliant with global travel regulations.

In the unlikely event that a trip does not proceed, your funds are 100% protected and refunded in accordance with PTS regulations.
If you choose to cancel your booking prior to departure, a 30% non-refundable deposit will be retained, with the remaining balance handled in line with our booking conditions.
